Conditions of Oistein.com

Oistein.com is the official online store for the artist Øistein Kristiansen. These terms and conditions apply to the sale of products and services from Øistein's online store to consumers. Sales conditions together with your order, confirmed through an order confirmation, is the overall basis of the purchase agreement.

1. General

In order to purchase products in Øistein's online store you need to be at least 18 years old.

3. Order and agreement process

Your order is binding when the order is saved on our server (computer). We are also bound by your order if it doesn't differ from what is offered by us in our online store, our marketing or otherwise. You still have the right to cancel your order in accordance with the Withdrawal rights law, take a closer look at Withdrawal rights law # 11. When we receive your order, we will confirm the order and automatically send an order confirmation to you by e-mail. Read carefully through the order confirmation when you receive it, and check to see if this confirmation is in compliance with the order you sent. If there is deviations between what you ordered and what you recieved we will send you the missing items.

4. Information provided in the online store

We strive to provide our customers as correct information on our products as possible. We can however sometimes have typos or other errors in our store, which may mean that we can't deliver according to the information provided in our online store, our marketing or otherwise. Furthermore, we reserve the right to cancel your order or part of it, if the product is sold out.

5. Returned orders

Earthtree Media reserves the right to charge a fee for orders that are returned to us because of error with delivery. Returned orders may result in additional costs for us because you as the customer has not picked up an order, or provided an faulty address. Returned orders are therefore charged a fee of 300 NOK. If you are using your withdrawal right, you will only be charged the cost of postage to us.
